By using Velok App you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part, please refrain from using our services.

1. Service description

Velok App lets riders plan, share, and complete motorcycle trips, access routes created by other travelers, find specialized services along the way, and participate in a global community of motorcycle enthusiasts.

2. Account registration and usage

• To use the app, you must register with a valid email address.
• Profile details, your Garage, and preferred gear may be shared publicly within the community.
• You are responsible for the information you share and for the activity on your account.

3. User-generated content

Users can create trips, upload images, leave comments, and add ratings. All published content must respect other users and applicable laws. Velok reserves the right to moderate or remove content deemed inappropriate.

4. Services and alerts

• The app provides third-party data such as weather alerts, road conditions, or workshop locations. We cannot guarantee real-time accuracy.
• Available services are informational only and do not create contractual obligations with third parties.

5. Intellectual property

All original content in the app—including design, code, and preloaded routes—is owned by MWAGSW LLC. Reproduction without prior authorization is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

Velok is not liable for accidents, losses, or issues that may occur during trips planned with the app. You are fully responsible for how you use the platform.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any updates will be communicated through the app or via email.
